Our Micro Management cluster examines the human forces within organizations, focusing on individual behaviors and HR systems. We study how employee passion, proactivity, and leadership practices impact performance and well-being. This includes specific research such as newcomer socialization and the cross-cultural adaptation of employees, and leader-member exchange relationships, providing deep insights into the modern workplace experience.

Our scope extends from new ventures to global corporations, examining entrepreneurial dynamics and business strategy in emerging markets. Research in this cluster also highlight novel research topics and methods, including generative AI and multimodal analytics.
