Our Micro Management cluster examines the human forces within organizations, focusing on individual behaviors and HR systems. We study how employee passion, proactivity, and leadership practices impact performance and well-being. This includes specific research such as newcomer socialization and the cross-cultural adaptation of employees, and leader-member exchange relationships, providing deep insights into the modern workplace experience.

Our Macro Management cluster examines strategic leadership and corporate governance, exploring how executives navigate their careers and decisions in changing environments. We investigate corporate sustainability and strategic management, focusing on how environmental strategy drives financial performance while contributing to society. Our scope extends from new ventures to global corporations, examining entrepreneurial dynamics and business strategy in emerging markets. Research in this cluster also highlight novel research topics and methods, including generative AI and multimodal analytics.
